Delivery/Shipping/ Services Policy:  (Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

  • Service Cancellation Policy

Be aware that any service cancellations made within 12 hours of the request will be processed without a penalty by contacting the admin directly.

NO Cancellations can be made after 12 hours of requesting the service.

 

  • Refund Policy
  1. Refunds are processed within 7 Business Days after the service has been cancelled.
  2. All prepaid services with Credit Card are refunded to the original method of payment and cannot be substituted/transferred to any other method.
  3. Credit card refunds, once initiated, may take 7-14 Business Days to complete the bank’s processing and be credited to the tenant account.

F3 LLC is devoted to ensuring the welfare of the communities under its purview. Our management services, covering a gamut of master and sub-communities, require personal data processing for streamlined operations, from access permits to maintenance requests.
